CEO/Co-Founder- As the principal of the group, he is paramount in developing and maintaining the vision of the company. He has countless years of experience in development and operational management of commercial real estate, marketing in real estate business, strategic planning and acquisitions. He directly manages the company’s real estate portfolio and researches the market to identify new opportunities. He directly supervises entitlement, finances and construction. He oversees financial activities, approving any and all obligations.

COO- Through his professional training as a physician, he has developed tremendous organization and supervision skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. Now, with a focus in commercial investments, leasing and strategic planning, he co-manages the company’s real estate portfolio and researches the market to identify new opportunities. He directly supervises entitlement, operations, legal/leasing, marketing and property management. His focus is to maximize the return on the company’s assets. He is responsible for the development of various management tools that he directly supervises.
